At Promo Harvest Inc. (“we”, “our”), operating under the brand TeeCanada, all products are made-to-order and customized based on each customer’s submitted design, size, and specifications.

Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for customer-related reasons, including but not limited to:

• Incorrect sizing selected by the customer

• Change of mind after placing an order

• Incorrect color or design choice

• Design issues related to customer-uploaded files

Our Responsibility & Replacements

We stand behind the quality of our products.
If an issue occurs due to a printing, manufacturing, or production error on our part, we will gladly provide a free replacement, including reprinting and reshipping at no additional cost.

Free replacements are provided for:

• Printing errors

• Manufacturing defects

• Production mistakes

Replacements Not Covered

Replacements are not provided for issues caused by factors outside of our control, including:

• Incorrect sizing selected by the customer

• Low-resolution or unsuitable customer-provided artwork

• Customer-provided incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

• Shipping delays caused by courier companies

• Lost or stolen shipments after delivery confirmation

For issues not caused by Promo Harvest Inc., customers may place a new order if a replacement is needed.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, we will contact the customer once the package is received.
Customers are responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend the order.
