We currently ship within Canada only.
Production & Shipping Time
All products are custom-made and require production before shipping.
· Production Time: 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
· Standard Shipping Time: 3–6 business days after production is completed
Delivery times may vary during:
· Holidays
· High-volume seasons
· Severe weather or carrier service disruptions
If unexpected delays occur, customers will be notified when possible.
Shipping Fees
To keep shipping simple and transparent:
· Flat Rate: $7.99 for one item delivered to non-remote Canadian areas
· Free Shipping: Orders over $150 (before tax and discounts)
· Remote Area Shipping: Calculated automatically at checkout based on postal code
· Bulk Orders: Follow the same free-shipping rule (free over $150)
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

The carrier used may vary depending on delivery location and order size.
Order Processing

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details may result in delivery delays or returns.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customers will be responsible for the reshipping cost.

We will assist by reviewing the issue and, when applicable, opening a claim with the carrier. For packages marked as delivered by the carrier, TeeCanada is unable to replace or refund orders lost or stolen after delivery confirmation
